For any additional courtesy items, pillows, blankets, and towels, we are available to provide them free of charge 24 hours a day.

The room KEY must be kept carefully. In the event of loss or theft of your room key, please notify our reception staff immediately. The room key must be returned upon departure and should not be left in the room. When leaving, please ensure that the door is locked. If you wish, you can use the internal security lock on the handle.

Check-out time is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., but if you need more time, please do not hesitate to contact us. To avoid waiting at check-out, we recommend that you provide the reception staff with your billing information in advance. Please do not leave valuables in plain sight or unattended luggage during check-in/check-out.
Luggage storage is available free of charge 24 hours a day. For further information, please contact us directly on WhatsApp or by calling the landline in your room and pressing 9.
Medical assistance: for information on emergency services and medical assistance, please contact reception by pressing 9 on the telephone in your room.
Emergency: in case of fire, check the quickest escape route on the floor plan located on the room door. The use of the lift is prohibited in this case.
